Protection of intellectual property

Please note that the fight against infringements of intellectual property has developed. Several dozen significantcompanies and associations signed two memorandums with the participation of the representatives of theEuropean Commission in Brussels. Those are the Memorandum of Understanding on counterfeit products of 21 June 2016 and the Memorandum of Understanding on Online Advertising and Intellectual Property Rights of 25 June 2018.

Since the representatives of the www.dorie.hu marketplace have for some time pursued a policy of full transparency and accordance with the law, within which they fight against infringements of the intellectualproperty, they fully identify with those Memorandums and promote Notice and Take-Down procedures and Pro-active and Preventive Measures declared in the Memorandums.

In accordance with Article 14 of the Directive 2000/31/EC - Directive on electronic commerce and with Act No 480/2004 Coll., the representatives of the www.dorie.hu marketplace are not responsible for any infringements ofthe intellectual property unless they are aware of them.
